Have you ever been laying there and a thought suddenly crosses your mind? I could actually do that. For a second, you feel motivated. You can see the possibility. Maybe you picture the business, the degree, the stronger version of yourself, the athlete you could become, the project you could create, or the life you want to build. Most people enjoy that feeling for a few minutes… …and then do nothing with it. The motivation fades, life gets busy, doubt starts talking, and eventually the idea becomes another “I should’ve.” Instead, treat that moment like a slingshot. Pull it back. Think it through—not to the point of overthinking yourself out of it, but enough to ask: Can I genuinely see myself accomplishing this? Is this something worth becoming uncomfortable for? If the answer is yes, release. Take the first step while the energy is still there. Send the email. Write the first page. Sign up. Make the call. Start training. Create the account. Do the first rep. Motivation will eventually disappear. It always does. But by the time it does, you don't have to be standing at the starting line anymore. You've already created evidence. You've already begun. And once you've started, the question changes from: “Do I feel motivated enough to do this?” to: “I’ve already started. How far can I take this?” You don't need enough motivation to finish the entire journey. Sometimes you just need enough to begin before your mind talks you out of beginning. TODAY’S TFM REP THINK: What idea keeps coming back to you? FEEL: What happens inside you when you imagine actually doing it? MOVE: What is one action you can take today that turns that thought into evidence? Don't waste the spark. Use it. Think intentionally. Feel fully. Move with purpose. One rep at a time.
