Gut health is important to life. The Gut brain axis is real. When I’m nervous I get an upset stomach. That’s a real observation I’ve witnessed over the years. What helps balance the gut? What’s the best way to replenish the good bacteria in your gut and rid the bad. How can we do this with real food. Supplements are helpful but not the first line of defense. Real food is expensive. Most effective, though. Eat less and more quality. Don’t eat all day, give your gut a break to actually digest. Stop eating three hours before bed. Stall your eating right away in the morning. I just do coffee and water until 10am. Some may harp on me about cortisol and stress from caffeine and the like. See what works for you. I might change this up over time but right now with busy family life, the morning coffee is a must. I already know that moving the body is good for digestion and clearing things out, stimulating the intestines. How’s the best way to clear the intestines on a regular basis? Magnesium citrate works pretty good for me. Is it too harsh? What other gentle ways may work for some? I haven’t found anything that works for me. But that’s just me. I’m a tense ol lady who needs to battle that inner German and North-woman heritage. We’ve always got ourselves in a bind of some sort. Coffee used to work but now I’m largely unfazed by it. I’m taking my turn with the mushroom coffee and have seen some results with that. Especially in the beginning. I’ll be increasing to 2 cups a day to see what that does. I chose Ryze brand and it really does taste good. The arabica bean coffee is delicious and its texture is nice as long as you keep stirring to mix the powder. If you neglect this step, you’ll end up with a pile of powder at the bottom and your final gulp will be a little chewy. Still not poor taste but a little mushy on the palette. I’ll be looking to make another order just so I can get a more full experience and give a review with substantial evidence from use. Have a great day! Tootle-oo 😘
