I’m so grateful you’re here.This community was born from a longing for a space where immigrants/children of immigrants, who are on a spiritual journey can rest, rise beyond survival & connect with others who get the layers of our story. We do this through practices like meditation, Reiki, shadow work, and conscious conversation.
Here, your whole self is welcome — the one who left, the one who stayed, and the one who’s seeking to belong deeply to the Self within.

*This group is intentionally centered around the lived experiences of BIPOC immigrants and children of immigrants.
