Just pure, juicy, colorful fruit goodness to wake up your taste buds. Mix them, sip them, or snack on them one by one. Here are two ridiculously tasty ways to enjoy them – totally optional, totally delicious.

FUN & HEALTHY MEMORIAL DAY RECIPES
1. 🍉 "WATERMELON SALAD THAT STEALS THE SHOW" (Sweet, salty, juicy – 5 minutes, no cooking) Ingredients: · 4 cups cubed watermelon (cold = best) · 1 cucumber, chopped · ¼ cup crumbled feta (or dairy-free) · Handful fresh mint, torn · Squeeze of lime · Sprinkle of chili powder or tajín (trust me) How to: Toss everything in a big bowl. That's it. The mint + lime + tajín = FIRE. 🔥 Why it's a win: Hydrating, refreshing, and disappears faster than the chips.
SIMPLE GRILLED CHICKEN SKEWERS" (or tofu!)
(So juicy, so easy, so healthy) Marinade (whisk in a bowl): · ¼ cup olive oil · Juice of 1 lemon · 2 garlic cloves, minced · 1 tsp smoked paprika · 1 tsp oregano · Salt & pepper How to: 1. Cut 1 lb chicken breast (or firm tofu) into chunks. 2. Toss in marinade for 15 min (or overnight if fancy). 3. Skewer + grill 6-8 min, turning once. 4. Serve with the watermelon salad + a side of vibes. Pro tip: Double the batch – cold leftovers are AMAZING on a salad Monday.
