Business Bottlenecks
Hey everyone!
I'd to hear about your business bottlenecks and if/how you overcame them.
Currently, mine is the client lifecycle. I don't have a super standardized funnel for clients so to address that, I am working on my website and email strategy. My goal is to launch 3 new resources in the new year (a free resource, a paid membership, and a paid resource) and leverage those on my website to collect emails and follow up with an email campaign. It definitely feels like a huge task because there are so many moving parts!
