Good morning everyone and welcome to the beginning of the weekend. Share with us all one thing that we don't know about you and why that matters. For me some of you will know that back in 1980 I went through an extremely violent marriage and found the courage to leave. The day I left it was not planned, it was impromptu because to not do so on that day would have been devastating and I left with the clothes on my back, not a cent in my wallet and yet I still knew it was the only way to survive. I know it's not always easy for others to do the same. My mission in life is to help other women to leave with financial freedom and independence, so that they never have to feel so afraid of not having options and choices. It matters to me because I have been able to build a very different life and find joy and happiness in life and know that this experience has helped me to be grateful every day. What is it for you.

What a wonderful day to be alive and thriving. Today is a reminder that even through our sacrifices and challenges, purpose and hope can still be true. For some (the tiny humans in our lives) it's about the chocolate but for many it's the true reminder of the purpose of life. And for others it's bracing for what's next and the not so happy memories, it's the homeless out in the cold, it's the violence in homes and around the world, it's the financial pressure. It's also a day that invites us to pause and reflect on what truly matters in our own lives Not the rush and hustle and bustle. Not the stress. But the moments that fill our hearts… family, love, peace, and gratitude. Life was never meant to be lived on autopilot. It was meant to be experienced fully, with intention and appreciation for every blessing along the way. Today, take a moment to slow down, be present, and honour the gift of life itself. May we give thoughts and prayers today for all that has been sacrificed and send prayers to all those who are at risk because remembering the purpose of today is not about the holiday, it's not about the chocolate (maybe for the babies), it's about sending prayers world wide to all those in need. Today we want join hands and collectively be thankful for the blessings we received and be grateful for this life as there are so many who have sacrificed for us. Be joyful, share the love, make the memories matter and most of all stay safe everyone! I am very grateful for each of you and thank you all for being part of this community.

Release tension. 2️⃣ Deep Breath Slow inhale. Long exhale. Twice. 3️⃣ Statement Reset Say out loud: “I release guilt.I release pressure. Money flows easily to me.” 4️⃣ Anchor for 30 seconds) Hand on heart. Say: “I receive safely.” 🌿 WEEKLY NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET “Overflow Capacity Practice” Once per week for 10 minutes). 1️⃣ Sit quietly with no phone. 2️⃣ Ask yourself: Where did I resist receiving this week? 3️⃣ Write it down. Examples: • undercharging • delaying offers • feeling guilty for success 4️⃣ Replace the story. Write: “I am allowed to have more.” 5️⃣ Sit for 3 minutes visualising money arriving while you remain calm. This builds zero limits capacity.
