Whenever you feel:
• Scarcity
• Overthinking money
• Fear of losing income
• Guilt about success
Try this.
1️⃣ Shake & Reset for 30 secs
Shake shoulders and arms.
Release tension.
2️⃣ Deep Breath
Slow inhale.
Long exhale.
Twice.
3️⃣ Statement Reset
Say out loud:
“I release guilt.I release pressure. Money flows easily to me.”
4️⃣ Anchor for 30 seconds)
Hand on heart.
Say:
“I receive safely.”
🌿 WEEKLY NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
“Overflow Capacity Practice”
Once per week for 10 minutes).
1️⃣ Sit quietly with no phone.
2️⃣ Ask yourself:
Where did I resist receiving this week?
3️⃣ Write it down.
Examples:
• undercharging
• delaying offers
• feeling guilty for success
4️⃣ Replace the story.
Write:
“I am allowed to have more.”
5️⃣ Sit for 3 minutes visualising money arriving while you remain calm.
This builds zero limits capacity.
