I created this community because I know what it feels like to try to heal alone.
I know what it feels like to carry postpartum depression with a smile.
To survive betrayal you never saw coming.
To hold generational trauma in your body without having the language for it.
To feel disconnected from your faith, your culture, and even yourself.
To look at your daughter and wonder how you’re supposed to raise her with an open heart when yours feels shattered.
My healing didn’t happen in a perfect wellness center or a luxury retreat.
It happened in small moments:
in car meditations,
in the walk-in closet,
with herbs I made in my own kitchen,
through microdosing and deep prayer,
through the courage to face what my family never talked about,
and through learning to mother myself for the first time.
I built this community because every woman deserves access to healing —
no matter her income, her background, her faith, or her past.
You don’t need fancy supplements.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need a “good childhood” or a trauma-free life.
You just need a safe space, a sisterhood, and a belief that healing is possible for you.
This is why we are here:
✨ To break generational patterns with compassion, not shame.
✨ To learn herbs, meditation, breathwork, and ancestral wisdom without gatekeeping.
✨ To remember our strength as women, mothers, daughters, and cycle breakers.
✨ To support each other through the hard days — the depression, the exhaustion, the anxiety, the cultural pressure.
✨ To grow into the women we needed when we were young.
Healing is not a luxury.
Healing is a birthright.
And if no one ever created space for you,
this is your space now.
Welcome home, sis.
You belong here.
