This circle was created for women who are healing quietly — emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Women who need softness, safety, and stillness. Women who have held so much for so long, they forgot what it feels like to be held themselves. ✨ Start Here: Welcome to Healing Waters Circle ✨
Welcome, sis. 💙If you’re reading this, your heart has already done the bravest thing — you showed up. This space was created for women who are tired of carrying everything in silence. Here, you don’t have to be “the strong one.” You get to be honest, soft, and seen. To get started inside Healing Waters Circle, please do this: 1️⃣ Step One: Introduce Yourself Go to the Community tab and make a post with: - Your name (or nickname) - Where you’re from - One thing your heart is tired of carrying - One thing you’re hoping to receive here You can keep it as private or general as you want — this is your safe space. 2️⃣ Step Two: Watch the “Start Here” Lesson Go to the Classroom and click on: 👉 Module: Phase 1 — Acknowledgment & Release👉 Lesson: “Watch This First: The Heart Behind Healing Waters” This will explain: - How the 4 phases work - How to use your Healing Waters journal - How to move at your own pace (no pressure, no perfection) 3️⃣ Step Three: Download Your Tools Inside the Classroom you’ll find: - 📘 Healing Waters Heart-Work Journal (PDF) - 🩵 Affirmation Cards (PDF) - 📝 Worksheets and heart-work exercises Download them and save them somewhere special — these are your private tools. 4️⃣ Step Four: Set Your Intention In your journal, answer: “What is my heart asking for in this season?” You can keep this to yourself or share a piece of it in the Community. 5️⃣ Step Five: Give Yourself Permission You are allowed to: - Heal slowly - Rest without guilt - Say “I’m not okay” - Take breaks when it feels heavy - Come back whenever you’re ready You are not behind.
