  • No Medical or Legal Advice -This community is for support and guidance, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or mental health care.
  • Be Supportive, Not Judgmental - Share your experiences, advice, or encouragement without imposing your perspective on others.
  • Trigger Warnings When Needed - If posting about sensitive topics (e.g., trauma, abuse, emotional struggles), include a trigger warning to give members a choice to engage.
  • No Spam or Self-Promotion - Avoid selling products or services unrelated to the community’s purpose. Sharing resources that support healing is okay if relevant and helpful.
  • Stay on Topic - Posts should relate to attachment, healing, personal growth, or integrating course content.
  • Use “I” Statements - Speak from your own experience. For example: “I felt…” instead of “You should…”
  • Ask for Support, Offer Support - If you need help, reach out! And if you’re offering help, do so gently and respectfully.
  • Enjoy Your Journey - This is a safe space for growth, reflection, and connection. Celebrate progress, no matter how small.
