The Healing Hub is a gentle, trauma-informed space for people navigating miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth, infant loss, infertility, IVF or any form of infant loss.
This is not toxic positivity. This is not “just stay strong.” This is practical support for your nervous system and your body.
Inside, you’ll find:
• Guided practices created for grief after infant loss (such as yoga, meditation & forest bathing)
• Education on how infant loss impacts the brain & body (and healing modalities which can help your healing journey)
• A private community of people who truly understand (so you don't have to explain yourself)
After my own 4 losses, I realised talking wasn’t always enough. Grief lives in the body. We need tools that help us feel safe again.
