A super simple “truth reveal” exercise (2 minutes)
Finish these sentences fast—no thinking:
- “I’m hiding from the fact that I…”
- “What I don’t want anyone to know is…”
- “If I was fully honest, I’m scared that…”
- “The worst thing that could happen is…”
- “What I actually need is…”
Then ask: “What would I do this week if that fear wasn’t driving me?”
A gentle reframe
Your fear isn’t the enemy—it’s usually a protector. It formed from an old moment where your nervous system learned: “That’s not safe.”
So the question becomes: What part of me is trying to stay safe… and what does it need from me now?
