Week 3 invites you to slow down and notice what happens in your body the moment you’re triggered — before the mind jumps in with stories, blame, or self-judgment. Why does your throat tighten? This week is about understanding where emotional triggers really begin, how your nervous system learned to protect you, and what happens when emotions are held in instead of expressed.
