Foundations First Class is Active!
Yeah!
I just upload the first 2 steps in the “Foundations First” class. This is the program I used with people struggling with mold illness to help them to start to heal. It focuses on the foundations of health to give your body a solid foundation to start to heal from. It also will have 3 lessons that help with stress and nervous system regulation which is something we all need!
(These are new recordings. Maybe share your favorite from the first time through. I’ve uploaded the first 3, but you can share any of them so people can look forward to them!)
