Thank you to everyone who joined today’s Teaching Tuesday: Identity Beyond Survival — Inherited vs. Chosen. The presence in the room mattered. The pauses mattered. The honesty mattered. Yesterday, we explored the difference between survival identity and chosen identity — why so many of our strongest traits were formed before conscious choice, and how discernment allows us to honor what helped without letting it lead forever. To our community, (Friends) I wanted to take a moment to share an update with you and, more importantly, to say thank you. As this chapter of our Skool platform and Facebook community comes to a close at the end of the year, I find myself reflecting on everything this space has represented. This community has been filled with connection, learning, support, and shared moments that I truly value. Every season has its purpose. Some seasons are about building, some about resting, and some about realignment. While this chapter is ending, the lessons, relationships, and growth that came from it remain meaningful and appreciated. I’m incredibly grateful for every conversation, every collaboration, and every person who showed up with authenticity and heart. Your presence mattered more than you know. As we each continue moving forward into what’s next, I wish nothing but clarity, strength, and continued growth for everyone here. If you came out last night, I showed you how easy it can be to stack your videos for content Video. Here is the video I created during class and the beat. 🎼This 13-second jazzy R&B holiday beat sits at 84 BPM in F minor with a smooth, warm groove. It opens with a soft Rhodes Fm9 to Bb13 progression and a light shimmer to set the mood. The groove enters with laid-back R&B drums, a mellow kick pattern, rimshot snare, brushed hi-hats with swing, and a gentle upright bass walk outlining Fm to Db to Bb. Rhodes comping provides the harmonic bed while subtle jazz guitar accents lift the middle section. Light holiday chimes accent the transitions without overpowering the mix.
