I tried this last week and I have seen tremendous results! I added in a free gift on my products..... It is a small mounting bracket so that you can mount the main product on the wall. It cost me 7 cents in material and takes 25 minutes to print. I value it at $9.99 on my product page and I make sure it is the first line in the description and is highlighted in at least 1 product photo. This makes my customer think they are automatically getting an extra $10 in value when they purchase from me, it distinguishes my listings from the competition and it cost me almost nothing to produce.
