At some point, I noticed a pattern.
I’d sit down to work, study or do homework...
but then my phone, games or YouTube would distract me.
I wasn’t lazy. I cared about my goals. I just couldn’t stay focused.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to just "lock in" and instead built a system that made productivity automatic.
Now my days feel purposeful. I finish what I start, stay consistent with my habits, and have time for other things I enjoy. After a while, I decided I wanted to help others do the same.
