What an incredible journey we just shared! During our meditation, the intention was clear: to acknowledge and shed the energetic "skin" of the Year of the Snake, making space for a renewed, authentic sense of self. Take a moment to reflect: - What was the dominant feeling or image that arose for you as we focused on "shedding"? - What specific traits, habits, or energies from the past year are you consciously choosing to release? - How does this "new sense of self" feel in your body right now? What word encapsulates this feeling? Remember, the true magic of meditation is in the integration. Carry this feeling of release and renewal into your day.
