@Christopher Mccombs For a new shamanic practitioner (whom is interested in performing soul retrieval for oneself) on a budget, which 1-3 tools would you recommend as necessary first purchases? Let’s assume they are using drumming tracks online and do not need a drum right now. I know that the only *necessary* tool is the practitioner, but tools are helpful, of course (and fun). I was thinking of starting with a wand and rattle. I already acquired necklaces of grounding and protection stones. I also already have a plethora of crystals, palo santo and copal incense, a smudge fan, etc. Thank you. 😁

@Christopher Mccombs When you were brand new to shamanism, did you ever see/hear things in your journey that when you returned to ordinary reality you thought “maybe I just made that all up”? I have issues with low self esteem and self confidence and have been doubting my experiences with my journeying and communication with my guides via divination. Any tips to stop that? lol Thank you.
