Hello everyone 🤗 I know it’s still quite in here. Buts that’s alright we’re just getting started, I’m so excited to welcome 32 of you Right now I have a lot coming up in my personal identity work. I’m a new empty nester and I feel drawn to work on tools around this next chapter of life, values | vision | identity | spiritual | mindset. I used to find myself saying in my head and out loud I feel lonely ALL the time, I learnt You can feel lonely even when you’re not alone. Sat in a room full of people and still feel completely disconnected. Loneliness isn’t about how many people are around you. It’s a feeling ! a disconnection from your own heart. And until you acknowledge that feeling, it doesn’t matter who’s in the room. Your mind will always find a story to justify why you feel the way you do. Think of a new story I desire to be surrounded by grounded, supportive people , people who see the best in each other and genuinely have each other’s backs. I choose aligned action. I commit to becoming a match for that level of love and support by leading with it myself. The deeper I step into self-love, the more I naturally attract people who are also doing the inner work, personally and professionally. And from that clarity… things shift. 🪄 Conversations open. 🪄 Community feels alive. 🪄 Posts land differently. 🪄 We speak from the heart and people feel it. You’re not meant to do life alone. But connection starts within, not around you. 💞
