Evening Flow
Yoga in the evening is just as good as yoga in the morning!
Mornings usually mean more strength, whereas in the evening your body is more flexible as it has been moving throughout the day and is nicely warmed up.
We're exploring some deep hip openers today too... have a go and be kind to yourself!
