This is for guys who are tired of doing random work with no structure. Different jobs every day, guessing on pricing, constantly switching gears—it works for a while, but it’s hard to grow and easy to burn out.
What I focus on here is getting away from that.
Picking a service that actually makes sense.
Standardizing how you do the work.
Pricing it in a way that’s consistent.
Running jobs without everything feeling chaotic.
This isn’t about becoming a general contractor or building a huge company. It’s about taking what you already know and turning it into something more predictable and easier to run.
I’m building this out as I go, so it’s not a polished course. It’s a system that’s getting better over time.
