Start here: the file that changes what your agent gives you back
If you have used Claude or ChatGPT for a while and the output feels fine but generic, that is not a skill problem. It is an input problem. Your agent isn't underpowered, it's underfed. It shows up two other ways. You know your field cold and none of it accumulates anywhere. Or you already got one agent working and you want the next thing to make that one better instead of competing with it. Same fix in all three. There's a lesson at the top of Start Here: Your First Handoff called The One File That Makes Every Agent You Use Sound Like You. It builds one file, your Context Card, out of material you already have sitting around. It takes about twenty minutes and needs nothing paid, nothing installed, and no credentials. Open the lesson, run it, then paste what you get into an agent you already use and watch the answer change. A Handoff is giving repeated work away. An agent carries it. The judgment stays yours. When you're done, come back here and reply with the one line from your file that actually surprised you.

Get Unstuck: post it in three lines
Stuck is the expected condition in here, not the exception. This is where you post it. Use three lines. Nothing else needed. What I was trying to get done: What I actually fed it: What it gave me instead: Filling in those three lines fixes a good chunk of these on its own. Most people spot their own answer somewhere between line two and line three. So it's worth posting even before anyone replies. Vino reads here. He answers in batches when he's in, not on a schedule. Post it, then move on with your day.

Start Here - your first handoff.
Welcome in. You are not behind, you are buried, and this room is where we fix that. Do these three things now: 1) Grab the Handoff Starter (link below) and hand off ONE task tonight. 2) Watch your inbox - the 7-day First Handoff series is already landing. 3) Post the task you handed off in Your Handoffs so we can hype you up. That is it. Hand it off. Be hands-off. - Vinohttps://thevinoway.com/start

How The 7-Day Works (Check Your Inbox)
Quick note so this category makes sense. The First Handoff 7-day series lives in your email, one short email a day, from the day you joined. That is where the daily teaching happens, I am not going to repeat it here. This category is the place to talk about it. Drop what landed for you today, ask about a line that confused you, or tell me which day hit hardest. I read every comment. Have not gotten today's email yet? Check the inbox you signed up with, and check spam once if it is quiet. If a day is genuinely missing, say so here and I will sort it. Hand it off. Be hands-off. Vino

Drop your #1 time-sink below 👇
Quick one, and it is the most useful thing you will do in here this week. Comment the ONE task that eats the most of your time every week. The one you would pay to never do again. I will reply to every single one with exactly how I would hand it off to AI. Real answer, no pitch. Go. First handoff ideas coming to your comment. Three ways to stop the bloated answers: - Tell it the length you actually want, in words or lines, not "keep it short." - Tell it what to leave out, not just what to include. - Give it one example of output you'd actually use as-is. Every one of these is you handing over context it didn't have. If you want to stop retyping the same context every time, that's what your Context Card is for. It gets built in The One File That Makes Every Agent You Use Sound Like You, the first lesson in Start Here: Your First Handoff.
