This is a men’s performance club run by a naturopathic doctor and a strength coach.
The system is simple:

Choose a concrete 90-day challenge — a race, a hunt, a hike, or a physique goal. Something you can’t cram for.
2️⃣ Build the Plan
We use your labs, nutrition, body comp, and training data to map a clear strategy built around the four key areas of performance: nutrition, training, supplements, and recovery.
3️⃣ Execute with the Group
Train, track, and check in with men who hold you accountable. Real structure. Real standards. Real progress.
