I think I'm Balding I don't know why I'm really scared my mom is losing hair but she's 40 and I have had my hairline like this from photos of he past but I think it's getting bad and worse back then I wouldn't worry too much because I thought it was normal since I have always had a widows peak

I believe that part of my miniaturization is due to damage from hair pulling (the hairs I pull out are almost all miniaturized). Will following this regime actually grow those hairs back?
