My name is Aj, and this is my INTRODUCTION POST! 😜 I began learning about Meditation and Breath-Work in December of 2017, when I suddenly realized that I was in a narcissisticly abusive -marriage... and at the same time -that my religion (Jehovah's Witness) was a high control group! My journey to freedom was very difficult but it has led me on an amazing journey to learn about myself and how I work. My story is pretty simple, because once I learned how my own unconscious mind works, suddenly I could easily understand everyone else. So I just started teaching anyone that would listen... how to access the controls to their own unconscious behavior... and set themselves free. Over time I've turned the process into an art form... and my clients tell me that sessions feel like magic at times. For many years I didn't know exactly what I was doing... but I just kept getting glimpses of what to do next... So I focused all my intentions on listening to that guiding voice and during the process I've realized that the voice is source energy, the same electricity that hits my Heart a split second before it beats. I have come to realize that a majority of the problems that everyone is describing today, are just symptoms of false beliefs, and old energy patterns, clashing below the conscious awareness. I watch miracles happen every day, as I use conversational hypnosis (or Waking Hypnosis) to help my clients... consciously see these false beliefs. Together... we transmute all the old energetic patterns. Healing is just a few conversations away. When we sit in meditation... we rise in a rhythm where the truth is found. Over ten years I have simply tuned the Frequency of my body... -to a Healing Vibration Now as I spend time with my clients, they just tune to my frequency. The awakening is a very, scary... process. Mostly because we are reprogramming our Fear... response. But the process is natural, and it happens automatically. Once we Decide to Heal!
