Hey team, quick update!
I’ve just opened our brand-new Resources classroom.
Right now, it’s intentionally simple with a few of the core tools we’ve been talking about:
✔️ Blink VUMU – your fast pattern interrupter
✔️Byron Katie’s 4 Questions – your truth filter
✔️ Brené Brown’s Belief Reframe – your mindset reset
These three alone can shift SO much when used consistently, so think of this as the starter kit — clean, easy, powerful.
As we go, I’ll keep adding more:
sleep tools, nervous system resets, hypnosis audios, worksheets… but no rush.
I want this to grow slowly and usefully, not overwhelm anyone with a giant info dump.
