My goal...
Is to show people how to take better care of themselves and take accountability for the habits or lack of knowledge that got them in pain to begin with. Taking lifestyle into consideration is the key to understanding why the issues you have exist. Then taking an abstract look at the normalized habits you have, and assessing if they should be normal in your life. Bad foods, lack of daily structure, time wasting and body harming habits... all can be corrected and replaced with habits that stack up, creating a foundation for a free moving, disciplined body.
