🙆‍♂️ The Importance of Stretching
We often overlook warmup stretches before (and after) playing and practicing. But if you want to stay in shape and avoid injuries, I highly recommend considering doing some simple stretches and massages every time you play. If it's good enough for John Petrucci, it should be good enough for every one of us!
