Welcome to the Roots Guitar community! My name is Aaron Rashaw. I've been teaching guitar for close to to 30 years. I've taught all ages and ability levels. I understand, as a teacher, that everyone learns differently and at different paces. My goal is a clear, concise, systematic approach, for you to build and learn guitar fundamentals. Ultimately, you will be playing your favorite songs and creating your own beautiful arrangements.
This community is best for beginners and intermediates who are looking to get a solid foundation in music/guitar fundamentals. Let me help provide the "nuts and bolts" so that you can write your own tunes, play your favorite songs, get faster at transcribing and transposing the songs/styles you are passionate about. Dare I say some advanced players could learn a thing or two here. The goal is fun. Everyone is welcome here, I hope you'll join the community!
