So many times there are scheduling conflicts. People have busy lives. It's important to get paid for the month, NOT for the session. It's important that they see your lessons as a priority(because they've already paid), and not as something they can skip. When money is involved...people will show up. If for whatever reason they HAVE to reschedule, in your studio policy, you should have a dedicated time for makeups. I do one Saturday every month for makeups. I don't deviate from my one Saturday. More specifically, run Video Ads on Facebook. After a week of spending $120-$200 depending on how aggresive you want to go, you WILL convert leads into students. Run Retargeting Campaigns- You can promote ads to only people who watched your video. As they say, fortune is in the follow-up. And it is completely true. Schedule a strategy session and I'll show you how to do this. Keep your ads running until you hit your peak numbers. Even go a little futher. Yes, you might spend $600 in the first month, but you're going to make 4X if you practice my strategy.
