Good morning everyone, Quick message to let you know that the 5-day 9D breathwork challenge for PARENTS has been uploaded to the classroom this morning. It is 5 days of short daily down regulation journeys that can be done anywhere, anytime, and without long periods of time lying down (designed for the busy parents in mind :) ) Day 5 I surprised my challengers with a full journey called 'Anchor to Presence' to say thank you, and I have included this recording also in here.
