The most important lessons i learned when building these successful training communities is that it doesn't matter how good of a trainer you are you just need to have the most love what what you do and love for the people you serve and thats it.. I started with literally 0 experience and basically no money and only sheer determination, grit and the willingness to work hard and be 1 step ahead of every d and build my community. What matters is that your putting in the work to get the word out, meet new people every day, be obsessed with building your community and love what you do and people will follow. Because the truth of the matter is that no one actually buys your product or service, they buy you! No you have to offer exceptional service if you want to keep them long term, but even so if you just take care of them and stay ahead of them and do your best they will keep showing up to support you as you build and grow. Getting new members is not always the problem for many it’s following up with new leads, lead nurture and scheduling appointment's which requires more time than we have but the tasks however if left unmanaged we’re losing new members to our competitors for lack of follow up.. So what do we do you ask? Well we either suck it up and we hire out the help for a few grand a month plus commissions or we can set up automated systems like automated email and text messages as reminders to prospects that your still offering your promotion for a limited time, and linking a schedule so they can get the offer while it still lasts..
