The world has a way of hardening the heart. Through betrayal, disappointment, loss, and unhealed pain, we often respond by building walls believing they will protect us. Yet in shielding ourselves from hurt, we can unknowingly begin to block out God as well.
Scripture reminds us that everything flows from the heart our thoughts, motivations, decisions, relationships, and the direction of our lives. While much attention is given to mental health, this movement invites women to look deeper to where those thoughts are first formed. The heart is the foundation from which everything begins.
Guard Your Heart is not a call to shut down or grow cold. It is an invitation to guard your heart through God with wisdom, healing, and faith. Guarding your heart does not mean refusing love. It means learning to love again fully and without fear.
This movement walks women through heartbreak and grief. It is a space where love is restored, vulnerability is honored, and women rise together aligned with God.
