Back selling Mushrooms & Microgreens 🌱🍄

2 of the most lucrative crops!

From My farm days I used to sell lots of these crops and a 20ft shipping container made as much if not more than 1/4 acre farm 🤯

Just sold some to a top restaurant I used to work with, and said he hasn’t had the same quality since my farm stopped 🥹 chefs are seriously your biggest cheerleader when you’re a grower!

I’m back on the horse. Going to set a goal to pay my monthly rent off via mushrooms an micros to help inspire you.

This order was just 4kg of oysters at £15/kg but normally sell at £17/kg and micros was 300g pea 3shoots £9 and 50g coriander £6
