近況
因為最近補習班開始把上課天數增加到一個禮拜六天 上課時數增也加晚上11.下課 所以我開始調整回家之後馬上洗澡就去睡覺，減少吃宵夜的次數。把閱讀和聽英文聽力移到早上剛起床最有精神的時候做
