Content Plan and Suggestion
There is a LOT of content under the 'CLASSROOM' Section. Do not get overwhelmed. One step at a time. One day at a time. Do not overthink and you do not need to know every single step, yes knowing the whole picture and an altitude view helps the preparation and plan but that's it and only dive in on what you need next and before you know you will be an expert in the entire process. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. I suggest the 'REQUIRED' Training to set the strong solid foundation and everything else is as needed per asset class and/or step needed. And YES as you work on this 'Part Time' I would start FIRST with 'QLA Seminar' to set your foundation, mindset and overall strategy. I would consume this daily and intensive in the next 45-60 days or so and play along and follow along every model. Its important. Dont look at anything else and dont skip ahead. One step at a time I would SECOND go through 'Advantage Edge' series, this a summary - step by step - general action plan of the QLA model. THIRD I would go through 'M&A Core' training, this is a very extensive and thorough overview of M&A and several strategies and most importantly creative and non alternative deal negotiations and structures. The 3 Programs above are 'MANDATORY'. Enjoy and get after it. I am here when needed. This is how I schedule my days. Monday through Friday I consume training 1 to 1.5 hour a day. Saturday 2-3 hour sessions. Sunday OFF. Download the 'Skool App' o your phone, watch it while you are in your car or waiting around. And the MOST important take away from this, watching training is NOT takin.g action, taking action is implementing what is in the training, never forget that - you have to actually IMPLEMENT the knowledge obtained in order to move forward and see the desired results from your actions
