One of our patron saints, Marsha P. Johnson, said “give us our flowers while we are here.” This phrase has become a thread through Black & movements and trans movements.
Our “grow while you’re here” community is an AntiRacist social & economic permaculture project where we grow our bodies, our food, and our spirits together through practice and skills training and anticapitalist business support.
We are a trans, intersex, and gender-variant centered community; allies and accomplices are welcome. We center disability justice, economic justice, and creating communities of safety where we can heal our nervous systems and our economics so we can thrive and grow and get our flowers while we are alive, and create legacies that will last long after we are gone.
