3-Day Reset Designed for High-Capacity Women
🌿 3-Day Reset: "Return to Power. Return to Peace." Each day has 3 core pillars: 1. One Heart Alignment (God & Self) 2. One Action Step (Practical Movement) 3. One Declaration (To Speak Over Yourself Aloud) Day 1: Release to Realign 🌸 Morning Prayer + Stillness “God, I surrender. I don’t know the way, but I know You are the way. Show me where I’ve been holding it all alone. Teach me to trust again, to breathe again. Even here, I believe You’re still with me.” 📝 10-Minute Journaling Prompt: - Where am I trying to control what I should be surrendering? - What emotions have I been suppressing that I need to release today? ✅ 1 Action Step: Clean one small area in your space (a desk, a purse, a drawer). As you do it, say: “I am making space for divine clarity and provision.” 🔊 Declaration: “I am not forgotten. I am being realigned with divine strategy and supernatural supply.” Day 2: Remember Who You Are 🌸 Morning Devotion: Psalm 139: “You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe.” 📝 Journaling Prompt: - What moments in my past remind me that God always came through? - What makes me me? What unique strength do I bring to the world, even when I feel weak? ✅ 1 Action Step: Dress up, yes, even at home. Put on something that makes you feel powerful, beautiful, and grounded. Light a candle. Sit in front of the mirror and see yourself. 🔊 Declaration: “I am chosen. I am equipped. I am a light in dark places and I shine even under pressure.” Day 3: Reignite Hope + Take One Bold Step 🌸 Morning Scripture & Breathwork: Scripture: Romans 15:13 — “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing...” - 7 deep breaths, saying on each exhale: “I release the pressure. I reclaim my peace.” 📝 Journaling Prompt: - What am I hopeful for—even if I’m afraid to admit it? - What’s one thing I can do today with what I do have? ✅ 1 Action Step: Reach out to a mentor, a coach, a friend who sees your greatness. Ask for prayer, encouragement, or support. Or open up your notes app and outline one idea you’ve been sitting on.

New here? Start with these 3 things: 1. Introduce yourself below 👇 2. Go to the Classroom and complete "Personality Assessment." 3. Show up to our next live call on Thursday @12PM EST About Rasheedah: Rasheedah Omolade‑Sule is a Kingdom‑minded wife, coach, and strategist devoted to helping ambitious married women build lives they don’t need to recover from. As a former leader in several women’s organizations and a coach to high‑level, achieving, and performing wives, she has spent years walking women through the hidden patterns that silently sabotage their marriages, money, and mission. Blending faith, psychology, and practical strategy, Rasheedah specializes in translating “deep” concepts like personality traits into simple, usable frameworks for real life and business. Through her programs and communities, she equips women to understand themselves, honor their wiring, and lead in a way that protects both their homes and their callings. When she’s not coaching or creating transformational resources, you’ll find her laughing & traveling with her husband, gisting in the kitchen with her children, dreaming with God about the future, and championing women who know they were made for more. Welcome to K.E.C.

What Does It Mean to Have a Prayer Altar?
A prayer altar is not about building a physical structure. Under the New Covenant, it is a dedicated place and consistent lifestyle of meeting with God through prayer, worship, and His Word. Your greatest altar is your heart, fully surrendered to God. To build a prayer altar: - Choose a quiet place where you can consistently meet with God. - Bring your Bible and a journal. - Begin with worship and thanksgiving. - Pray God's Word and His promises. - Spend time listening as well as speaking. - Be consistent. Remember: It's not the place that makes it holy, it's your consistent relationship with God. "Present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your true worship." Romans 12:1
