The Sweathogs are back!
and I decided to go retro for our name.
I focused on cleaning up my daylilly plants and weeding the front flowerbed. The daylillies have been blooming like crazy since I worked a bunch of compost into the soil in the spring. They bloom throughout the summer and the leaves die off as new ones grow. Normally it isn’t a huge task to pull the dead leaves and snip the dead stems, but they are huge this year. The camera on my phone decided to stop working today, so the pictures are fewer than they could be. It’s hard to see, but there’s a brown frog in the second picture circled in green!
