📖 Ego Is the Enemy - A Book I Highly Recommend
Your ego is probably holding you back more than you realize. It’s the voice that makes you defend your mistakes instead of learning from them. It’s the force that makes you compare yourself to others instead of focusing on your growth. It’s the reason you sometimes feel “too good” to start small, or “too proud” to admit you don’t know something. Ryan Holiday’s „Ego Is the Enemy” hit me hard. It’s not about killing your confidence — it’s about seeing your ego for what it is: a constant temptation to choose comfort over growth. Some key takeaways: - Stay a student. No matter how far you’ve come, always have the humility to keep learning. - Resist the need for recognition. Focus on doing the work, not getting the applause. - Don’t let success make you complacent. Stay hungry, stay disciplined. This book isn’t “motivational fluff.” It’s a mirror — and sometimes you won’t like what you see. But that’s exactly why you should read it. I’d love to hear: Where do you think your ego gets in the way the most? In learning? In relationships? In your goals? Drop your thoughts below 👇 — Kuba

The power of Clear Vision
I don’t believe in affirmations. Not the way they’re usually presented. You can look in the mirror and tell yourself “I’m confident” all day long — but if you’re not confident, you’re not confident. That’s not transformation, it’s self-deception. Clean vision, though — that’s different. It’s not about tricking yourself. It’s about locking your focus so tightly on what you want that your thoughts, energy, time, and decisions start aligning toward it automatically. You stop needing external motivation. The obsession drives itself. I first came across this in Think and Grow Rich. It’s easy to misinterpret that book as just “believe and receive,” but that’s not what hit me. What stuck was the idea that if you get so clear, so intense about what you’re chasing — you drastically increase your chances of getting it. Not because the universe owes you anything. Not because of vibrations or magic. But because obsession tightens the gap between you and the work. Now let’s be honest: you can’t control everything. Life isn’t a math formula. Things like timing, randomness, and luck are real. Clean vision won’t guarantee anything. But it stacks the odds in your favor. It makes action easier. It gives clarity. It attracts resources. It shapes how you move — and how people move around you. That’s what we need more of in this community: not affirmations, but vision. Clean, sharp, vision that is what we truly want. The vision which gives us a direction. Let’s talk about it.👇

We need to connect more
This time however with real people, not just online. Recently travelling in subway I had the reflection that people are now so disconnected from each other. And while this is obvious, I felt the sensation very strongly. Just talk to those you feel like you want to talk and see what’s happened. In fact, everybody will forget it after a while and you will just live your life again. Again, I understand the casualty of such a post, however maybe it’s gonna be your wake up call to start living your life. Connect with those you want to connect with and don’t overcare about peoples reactions cause at the end of the day the only thing that matters is whether you are proud of yourself. Let me know what you think about it. Maybe you have some experience in this topic as well…
