Work in progress…
But because you clicked, here’s a great way to handle objections:
Acknowledge: “I completely understand…”
Isolate: “If [this was solved], would you move forward?”
EXAMPLE: “Too expensive”
- I completely understand it’s too expensive…
- If it was free, would you buy it today?”
EXAMPLE: “Think about it”
- I completely understand you wanna think about it…
- If it was free, would you buy it today?”
(You can use the same talk track because it’s either the product or the money that’s the real issue, and this filters out which one it is)
EXAMPLE: “Talk to my partner”
- I completely understand you need to talk to your partner…
- If they said Yes, would you buy it today?”
So you’re acknowledging their perspective and making it okay to have their concern, and then you create a simple hypothetical solution to test whether or not that’s the one REAL objection.
Hope this helps!
