January Events: What’s Open to Everyone vs. Coaching Clients Only
Hey guys, we're about to be in 2026 this week! Woohoo! 🥳 I feel big things coming for all of us. Let's talk about the January events so you know what to attend and why.
📅 January 8 – Free Live Session (Open to the Community): How CEOs Think About Quarterly Planning (and Why Most Plans Fail). This is a big-picture conversation focused on:
- CEO mindset
- Priorities vs. busy work
- Decision filters
- How owners decide what actually deserves attention in Q1
This session is about how to think before you start executing. There's a Zoom link in the calendar.
📅 January 15 – Live Workshop (Past & Current Coaching Clients Only): 2026 Caseworker Email Planning Workshop. This is an execution-focused session where coaching clients will:
- Plan and schedule emails to caseworkers for the entire year of 2026
- Focus on consistency, relationships, and visibility
- Walk away with something tangible completed
This session is intentionally limited to coaching clients because it involves implementation and guided execution. I'll be sending invitations to current and past clients with the link.
Both sessions matter—but they serve different purposes. Skool is where we focus on perspective and CEO-level thinking. In the private coaching, we execute together. If you have questions about which session is right for you, let me know.
