Hi everyone! 👋

I’m Jason Thompson, thrilled to be part of this Skool Community. I got my real estate license on November 6, 2020, and thanks in large part to Coaching by Cusi/Suit Up Agent, I was Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams Southern Arizona, closing 15 deals in just nine months! 🏆

I specialize in residential and land real estate in Tucson and southern Arizona, my hometown. 🌵 I’ve also lived in Saginaw, Michigan, and Glens Falls/Lake George, New York, during my former life as a professional mascot. Yep, you read that right—I was a pro mascot from 1989 until 2002, even running a business designing mascot costumes! 🎭

I ride a Victory Vision motorcycle with my Dalmatian, Pepper. 🏍️🐾 Yes, she rides with me! I’m also active in my church and our Full Throttle Motorcycle Ministry. ⛪ Plus, I serve on the board for the Arizona Foundation for Cancer. 🎗️ Speaking of which, I’m a throat cancer survivor as of April 26, 2024, and my wife is a two-time breast cancer survivor. We’re pretty much superheroes. 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️

My goals? Be in the top 3% of our market center and have 80% of my business come from referrals. 💼 I want to be the go-to guy for real estate, known for customer care and expertise in the Tucson market. 🏡
