Impacts check-in
Morning sunlight has been killing it for me. My routine is a 10 minute walk with my dog right after I wake up. Would not have expected this kind of impact, but seeing it makes it so much easier to just get it done every morning (or at least almost every morning).
Also, practicing piano is a bit of a shocker. I'm super surprised by the energy correlation.
