Losing your dad changes everything. Your sense of safety. Your identity. Your humor. Your anger. Your softness.
This is a community for people grieving the loss of their father who want a space that allows both depth and lightness. There will be real conversations, shared stories, dark humor, laughter, challenges, and moments where grief shows up sideways.
Designed with daughters in mind, but anyone grieving their father is welcome if this resonates.
What happens here
• Open conversation and shared experiences
• Prompts, reflections, and occasional challenges
• Space for grief, growth, and connection
• No pressure to be “healed” or positive
What this is not
• Therapy
• One-to-one coaching
• A place to be fixed
This group is free while it’s growing. Over time, it will become a paid community with added structure and resources. Early members will be part of shaping what this becomes.
If you’re looking for a place where grief and laughter can exist at the same time, you’re in the right place.
