On an index card or sticky note, I want you to write down 3 words describing who you want to show up as TODAY. Then I want you to place it somewhere you can see it. You can even place it in your pocket. Any time you get a negative thought, I want you to look at these 3 words and ask yourself... Is this thought or action reflecting the person I CHOSE to show up as today?
Also don't forget the brain dump we talked about yesterday. REMEMBER, Change only works if you do.
