Welcome to the Resolution Reset: 6 -Week Volleyball Physique Challenge!
We will use this group for questions, wins, general information and for the link and calendar to the weekly group calls!
Post any questions in the Community tab and I'll be checking daily
The Classroom tab will have additional educational videos and info, especially pertaining to Nutrition
The Calendar tab will have the days, times, and Zoom links the Call. Each call will be recorded and added to the Classroom!
IMPORTANT! Your results will be a direct reflection of how much you communicate with myself and your fellow challengers during this time.
Post and questions you have and even feel free to post things like exercise film to get feedback on your form!
