Preparing for GRC interviews? Find a practice partner.
And what about interviews? How do you prepare on your own and tackle the unknown unknowns?
If you're preparing for GRC interviews — find a practice partner.
It’s easy to feel prepared until someone asks you to explain your experience out loud. Let’s use this thread to find someone to practice with.
Leave a quick intro:
- The role you’re targeting.
- Whether you have an interview coming up or are getting ready to apply.
- One question or topic you struggle to explain.
Then reply to someone targeting a similar role and arrange a 15-minute practice session. Take turns answering a question, then share one thing that came across clearly and one thing to improve.
You don’t need to be a hiring manager to help. Simply noticing where an answer gets confusing can make the next attempt better.
Let's help each other out.
