🏃 Agility Assessment: The Zig-Zag Sprint Test
The Zig-Zag Sprint Test measures an athlete's ability to decelerate, change direction, and accelerate quickly. This is a vital component of athleticism often referred to as Change of Direction Speed (CODS)
The Zig Zag sprint test with and without the ball consists of 2 gates ( start and finish)
4 turns set out in 10m intervals on each side with a 5m stagger on the opposite side.
